Organizer

DMBE e.V.. The run is carried out according to the provisions of the German Athletics Association (DLV) and supervised by the Hessian Athletics Association. It is open to associations and recreational runners.

200m bambini run

900m elementary school students run

3km school students run

5km run

10km run

The participant number is limited to 1000, so sign up early. 

Start and finish

In Niddapark, the restaurant Blue-Yellow (Blau-Gelb), Am Ginnheimer Wäldchen 3, 60431 Frankfurt.  

Running course

Flat park paths in good conditions in Niddapark.

Bambini run is on straight line path without timekeeping.

Run for elementary school students is one lap of 900m . The finish area partially overlaps with the start area.

Run for school students is one lap of 3km.

Main run is either one lap (5km) or two laps (10km) with each lap of 5km.

Pick-up of Race Documents

• Pick-up on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from midday till 4pm,
• Pick-up on Sunday April 7, 2019 (race day!) from 7:30am till ca. 9:45am at the premises of the restaurant Blau-Gelb.

!Please come on Saturday to avoid hectic and delays. 

!When picking up start documents for groups, please inform the organizers in advance to enable more efficient logistics.

For the main runs: Women and men from W / M 20 to W / M 70  

Entry fee

Online registration:

Bambini run: free

Elementary school students run and School students run: € 5

5km run: € 10

10km run: € 13

Late registration: € 3 surcharge on top of entry fee for online registration.  

Timekeeping

The time measurement is carried out exclusively via the built-in bib chip provided by company Chipaktiv.de (NO ChampionChip). After the competition, the bibs can be disposed of by the organizer.  

Registration

Online registration will be possible at www.mehrsprachig-laufen.de, www.chipaktiv.de. The costs are charged by Chipaktiv.de. A possibility for multiple registration for groups from 6 participants is available.

Deadline and late entries

March 31, 2019 for online registrations. Late registrations are also possible on April 6 between midday and 4:00pm and on April 7 until about 9:45am.  

Result Lists

Result lists will be posted at the run location and after the competition also under www.mehrsprachig-laufen.de and www.chipaktiv.de.  

Award ceremony

The award ceremony will be held from about 1pm in the finish area. Winners for elementary school student run, school student run and main runs will be honored. There are surprise prizes from our sponsors! Result lists and printable documents are provided online at www.chipaktiv.de.    

Refreshments during the race and at the finish

Water and isotonic drink are offered at approximately half the distance in the 3km and 5km race courses. The race participants will be offered water and isotonic drinks after the race in the finish area. All participants and guests will be offered coffee and a broad choice of homemade cakes. Coffee and cakes can be purchased for a low fee. We also expect a booth with delicious brats.  

Directions - Subway/U-bahn

Underground line U1 and U9 to station Niddapark, then about 300m walk.  

Parking options

Please come by foot, by bike or by public transportation (U1 or U9). The parking facilities are very limited and you will help us and especially yourselves if you leave the car at home! If you cannot come without the car and will come at the time for the school students run or for the main runs, the probability is very high that no parking will be available near the start and finish area. Please use the parking garage in the Nordwestzentrum from where you are just 5 minutes away by subway/U-bahn. (2 stops to Niddapark).  

Participation conditions

Upon registration, participants declare irrevocably that they have sufficiently trained for the Run for Language Diversity, are physically fit and have not received a doctor’s recommendation to abstain from such physical activity. Furthermore, the participants hereby agree that any photographs and video material, on which the participants could be seen, may be distributed on the internet and in print media without a right for compensation. The data of the participants will be automatically stored. The organizers or their representatives and agents are not liable for damages that may arise through participation in the Run and during the event program, unless they have been caused intentionally or due to gross negligence. The organizers are also not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings of the participants (clothing, valuables, etc.). There is no right for a refund of the entry fee for no-shows, failure or interruption of the event due to force majeure.
